Ginny was extremely helpful throughout the process, starting with determining comps for deciding on a list price to the final price agreed to with the buyer. She knows the higher-end York and seacoast market very well based on her years of experience working and living in York. She has an easy-going personality to work with and was always available when a buyer was interested in seeing the property. She had some really cool photos taken of the property and its river views, which resulted in a highly polished gallery of shots that really showed what the house had to offer. Her efforts at marketing the property seemed to have paid off well since we sold the house within the desired timeframe.
