Legacy Properties Sotheby’s International Realty recently welcomed agents and staff from throughout Maine and New Hampshire to the Portland Country Club for the company’s Annual Meeting, a gathering that also commemorated the firm’s 20th anniversary and two decades of continued growth across Northern New England.
The event began by recognizing the many teams working behind the scenes throughout the organization, including administrative, marketing, accounting, management, and operational staff, whose collective efforts help maintain the company’s high standard of service and professionalism across every office.
During the meeting, company leadership reflected on another strong year for Maine’s residential real estate market. In 2025, Legacy Properties Sotheby’s International Realty surpassed $1.128 billion in closed sales volume while achieving an average sales price exceeding $1 million. The brokerage also continued to lead the state in waterfront property sales and remained the top-performing firm across luxury price categories above $550,000, including the $1 million, $2 million, and $3 million markets.
Agents from across the company participated in panel discussions and collaborative conversations focused on market trends, evolving client expectations, and the importance of shared knowledge throughout the organization’s statewide network.
Representing the Sotheby’s International Realty brand on a global level, Tammy Fahmi, Senior Vice President of Global Servicing and Strategy, discussed the international strength and reach of the Sotheby’s International Realty network. Rebecca Mason, Vice President of Affiliate Services, spoke about navigating changing market dynamics and the advantages of leveraging shared tools, resources, and collaboration across the brand.
The meeting concluded with remarks from Co-Founder Bob Stevens, who reflected on the company’s history, values, and long-standing commitment to trusted relationships and professional guidance. Stevens was also honored with the Legacy Founders Award in recognition of the vision and leadership that helped establish Legacy Properties Sotheby’s International Realty as one of Maine’s premier real estate firms.
